Ingredients
- 250 gram minced beef
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 liter Beef broth
- 100 gram green bean picked up
- 1 zucchini in slices
- 100 gram baking flour in small florets
- 100 gram Broccoli in small florets
- 100 gram leeks in thin rings
- 1 bunch leaf parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Knead the minced meat with salt and pepper and tomato ketchup and roll small balls. Let them stiffen in the refrigerator.

Bring the stock to the boil and add all the vegetables and the balls in one go. Let the soup simmer for approx. 5 minutes without lid until everything is al dente.

Turn off the heat source and stir in the parsley. Bring the soup if necessary. season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and let stand for a few minutes.
