Tofu sandwich with baby cream


Sandwich of multigrain bread with tofu, soy sauce, paprika, tomatoes, baby cream and hummus.

Directions

  1. Let the tofu drain and cut into 3 slices per person. Dab the slices dry with a clean tea towel.
  2. Mix the sweet soy sauce, onion powder and smoked paprika and mix through the tofu.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu in parts in 6 min. On medium heat until golden brown. Times regularly.
  4. In the meantime cut the tomatoes into slices of 1 cm and remove the leaves from the lettuce. Remove possibly the thick veins of the lettuce.
  5. Spread the slices of bread with the hummus and top with the lettuce, tomato and tofu.
  6. Cover with the other slices of bread. Serve immediately.
