Salad with bacon strips and croutons
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, old white bread (or 2 pistachio), coarse mustard, mayonnaise, whipped cream, herb vinegar, cotton bacon strips (about 200 g) and iceberg lettuce with garden herbs (200 g).

Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into narrow strips.

Cut bread into cubes.

In salad bowl creamy dressing stirring mustard, mayonnaise, whipped cream and vinegar.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fry bacon strips in a dry frying pan.

Bacon on plate with kitchen paper and drain.

In the remaining baking fat, bake breadcrumbs until golden brown (= croutons).

Mix iceberg lettuce with dressing and distribute on four plates.

Sprinkle with crispy bacon strips and croutons..
