Break the eggs over a bowl and beat with the water.

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the egg and gently stir until the egg begins to solidify.

Add the salmon cubes and stir until the egg is almost solidified. Turn off the heat.

Divide the scrambled eggs over the slices of bread. Slice or cut the chives and sprinkle over the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with pepper.
