Is eating bread healthy or unhealthy?

I love to eat a slice of bread with some cheese. I even like it so much that I can eat about 4 of them in a row, maybe even more. From a young age I have always eaten a lot of bread and actually I have never had any problems with it myself.

It is almost impossible to say whether bread (and the different types of bread) is healthy or unhealthy. It has a lot to do with the person in question. I myself notice that I cannot eat too much white bread, I notice this quite quickly from my intestinal function.
