Generous cheese plate with onion marmalade
- 150 gram Brie
- 150 gram Roquefort
- 150 gram port salut
- 150 gram gruyere
- 1 Camembert
- 75 gram walnut
- 2 clove garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon honey
Allow all cheese to reach room temperature. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Roast the walnuts in a dry, hot frying pan.
Remove the paper packaging from the camembert and put the cheese back in the chip box. Cut notches in the top of the cheese and push the garlic and thyme into it. Sprinkle with the honey and put the camembert in the box for 10-15 minutes in the oven until the cheese has melted.
Divide all cheese types over a cheese board. Add the camembert and marmalade and garnish with walnuts and grapes. Serve with baguette.
