Grilled grapefruit with orange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: grapefruits, dark brown caster sugar, oranges (peeled) and mint (coarsely cut).

Light the barbecue. Halve the grapefruits and cut the wedges with a sharp knife, but leave the flesh in the shell. Sprinkle the sugar over the grapefruits and rub the sugar with your fingers into the fruit. Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil (20 cm long). Place a grapefruit half in the middle of each piece of foil with the cutting surface down. Fold the foil upwards and tighten securely.

Put the packages with the flat side on the grid and grill in 15 min. Turning is not necessary. Remove the packages from the grid and let rest for a few minutes. In the meantime cut the oranges into wedges and spread over the grill dish and grill them on each side for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the grapefruit from the foil and place each half in a bowl. Divide the orange slices around the dishes and sprinkle with the mint. Serve immediately.
