Directions

  1. Put the coffee and stir in half of the chocolate right away, let the chocolate melt with stirring.
  2. Stir also half of the liqueur through the coffee.
  3. Dip the long fingers into the coffee mixture and place them next to each other at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining coffee over the long fingers.
  5. Prepare the raspberries in a deep plate.
  6. Mix in the orange zest and 1 tablespoon of liqueur.
  7. Spread the raspberry mixture over the long fingers.
  8. Beat in a bowl the egg yolks with the sugar with the hand mixer to a foamy almost white mass.
  9. Fold in the mascarpone and yogurt.
  10. Spread this mixture over the raspberries.
  11. Leave the dish in the refrigerator in 2-3 hours.
  12. Take the tiramisù out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving and sprinkle the rest of the grated chocolate over it.
