Baked salmon with white-wine sauce


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, Scottish salmon fillet (250 g), butter or margarine, fresh dill (15 g bag), crème fraîche (125 ml beaker), dry white wine, rucola lettuce (75 g) and pan tostado (toasted) bread with oil bag a 150 g).

Directions

  1. Season the salt with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan and salmon according to baking instructions.
  3. Half finely cut dill.
  4. Sauce stirring crème fraîche, wine, finely chopped dill and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread over four plates.
  6. Put salmon on lettuce.
  7. Create sauce over it.
  8. Garnish with sprig of dill.
  9. Serve with pan tostada..
