Shrimp cocktail with potato and arugula
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, arugula.
Peel the potato and cut into ½ cm slices, the slices into ½ cm strips and the strips into cubes (brunoise).
Boil the potato in water with salt in 5 minutes until done. Drain and let cool.
Make a dressing of the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, sugar, the curry powder, pepper and salt. Mix with the potato and rocket.
Divide half of the slices and scrape half of the shrimp. Repeat this and garnish with the cress.
