Oriental shrimp soup with spinach and ginger
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, chicken stock, red pepper, lemongrass, pink shrimp (at room temperature), fresh spinach (leaves), Japanese soy sauce and ginger syrup.

Bring 1 liter of water to the boil with the bouillon tablets. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seeds for less seed. Place the lemongrass stalk and half the peppers in the broth and let the broth drift for about 10 minutes on a low heat.
