Spicy tagliatelle with shrimps
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, green tagliatelle, garlic, red pepper, olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), cocktail shrimp (a 125 g), mixed lettuce (200 g) and vinaigrette (a 100 ml).

Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.

Peel garlic.

Clean pepper (remove seeds) and finely chop pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and squeeze 1 clove of garlic on top.

Softly for 1 minute.

Add canned tomatoes and pepper and heat for approx.

4 minutes.

Heat in wok rest of oil.

Squeeze out another garlic clove and gently fry for about 1 minute.

Add shrimps and fry approx.

2 minutes.

Season the tomato sauce with salt and pepper and create tagliatelle.

Mix lettuce with dressing.

Serving Tagliatelle with shrimps and salad..
