Chop the onion coarsely. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 5 min.

Add the vinegar, cloves, the contents of the onion jelly and the boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, cut the string beans into pieces and boil them in water for 8 minutes until al dente. Prepare the puree according to the instructions on the packaging.

Drain the string beans and remove the cloves from the hachee. Serve with the mashed potatoes and the string beans.
