Chicken meatballs and pilav with beans
Pilav of onion, rice, cumin, peach and raisins with meatballs.

With wet hands, turn 4 balls per person of the minced size of a small walnut.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for 10 min. On medium heat around golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion with the cumin for 2 min. Add the green beans and cook for another 6 minutes.

Scoop the rice through and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, let the peaches drain and cut into pieces. Spoon the rice together with the raisins.

Divide the meatballs over the pilav. Serve immediately.
