Drain the beans, rinse cold water and let them drain.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic and stir-fry the pepper for 4 minutes.

Spoon the spring onion, thyme and beans through and fry for another 2 minutes.

Add paprika powder and salt and pepper to taste. Serve the dish sprinkled with the goat's cheese.
