A delicious Dutch recipe for red beans with goat's cheese, peppers and spring onions.

Directions

  1. Drain the beans, rinse cold water and let them drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic and stir-fry the pepper for 4 minutes.
  3. Spoon the spring onion, thyme and beans through and fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add paprika powder and salt and pepper to taste. Serve the dish sprinkled with the goat's cheese.
