A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, meat tomato, mozzarella (cheese), hare chops, olive oil and (fresh) red pesto.

Cut tomato and mozzarella into 8 slices each.

Drizzle pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry chops on high heat for 3 minutes per side.

Remove chops from pan and cover top with pesto.

Paste tomato and mozzarella on it.

Place chops in pan and cover with lid.

Cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat, until pork chops are tender and mozzarella is melted.
