Broccoli with tofu
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chilled potato slices and garlic.

Wash the broccoli and cut thinly in length.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the potato slices according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the garlic into slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water to cook for about 1 minute. Add the broccoli and simmer for 6 minutes.

Cut the tofu into 4 thick slices. Remove the thyme leaves from the branches.

Remove the broccoli from the pan and keep warm. Place the tofu and thyme in the broccoli pan and bake for 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the broccoli over the guards and put the tofu on it. Pour the shortening over. Serve the potato slices separately.
