Broccoli with tofu


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chilled potato slices and garlic.

Directions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut thinly in length.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the potato slices according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut the garlic into slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water to cook for about 1 minute. Add the broccoli and simmer for 6 minutes.
  5. Cut the tofu into 4 thick slices. Remove the thyme leaves from the branches.
  6. Remove the broccoli from the pan and keep warm. Place the tofu and thyme in the broccoli pan and bake for 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide the broccoli over the guards and put the tofu on it. Pour the shortening over. Serve the potato slices separately.
