Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Halve the peppers and remove the seeds, but leave the stalks.

Place the peppers next to each other with the cutting edge facing upwards on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes in the oven.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and sunflower seeds for 3 minutes.

Add the baharat and cook for 1 min. Add the minced meat, pepper and salt if necessary and bake in 5 minutes. Change regularly.

Remove the leaves from the parsley, keep a few behind as a garnish and cut the rest fine.

Mix the parsley with the garden peas in the minced meat and fill in the peppers. Put the peppers in the oven for about 10 minutes.
