Spanish rice with chorizo

First cut the onion, cut the chorizo sausage into slices, cut the zucchini and the tomatoes into cubes.

Fry the slices of chorizo in the frying pan gently. Spoon the slices on a plate.

Fry the onion gently in the chorizo net. Stir in the rice with the zucchini, tomato and half of the oregano and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Pour 175 ml of water into the mixture and add some salt. Boil the rice covered in 10 minutes gently until done, sprinkle the rest of the oregano over it. Tasty with a fresh green salad.
