Brown bean soup with baking bacon and cloves
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions (finely chopped), garlic (pressed), olive oil, tomato puree, ground cloves, Dutch brown beans ((850 g), drained), crème fraîche, meat broth (from tablet), green pepper ( in strips), parsley (dried), bakbacon ((thick) and in strips).

Ingredients
- 2 onions finely shredded
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 look Dutch brown beans (850 g), drained
- 125 ml creme fraiche
- 1 liter Meat bouillon from tablet
- 1 green pepper in strips
- 1 tablespoon parsley dried
- 150 g baking bacon (thick), in strips

Directions

In broad soup pan onion and garlic in oil on low heat golden brown fruit.

Add tomato paste and cloves and a few seconds.

Beans (store 2 tbsp beans) and stir the crème fraîche with onion mixture.

Brothe the broth and bring it to the boil.

Boiled bean soup for 15 minutes, let it cook slowly, stirring occasionally.

Soup the soup with a hand blender or in a food processor.

Stir the remaining beans and peppers through pureed soup.

If necessary, dilute the soup with water and heat it through and through.

Season with parsley, salt and pepper.

In the meantime, bake bacon on a low heat in a dry frying pan.

Distribute soup over four bowls and sprinkle with bacon strips.

Delicious with toasted wholemeal bread, thinly coated with Marmite..
