Fattoush (bread salad)
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: cucumber, radish, red onion, tasting tom tomatoes, sweet pointed peppers (cleaned), white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, mint ((15 g), leaves finely chopped), celery (40 g), leaves finely chopped) , Greek yogurt (500 g cup), buttermilk and shoarma breads (pack of 8).

Cut the cucumber, radish, onion, tomatoes and peppers with the food processor into thin slices. Spoon the vinegar, 3 tbsp oil and half of the herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the yogurt with 2 tbsp oil, the rest of the herbs and the buttermilk. Add pepper and possibly salt. Heat the rolls according to the instructions on the package. Cut them horizontally and distribute them on a scale. Spoon the vegetables and let stand for 30 minutes. This way the moisture attracts a bit in the bread. Drizzle everything with the rest of the oil. Serve with the yoghurt dressing.
