Halve the coals in length. Cut narrow strips of it. Cut the spring / bunch onions with the leaves in rings.

Heat 2 tbsp. oil and stir-fry, the Chinese cabbages and leeks for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the flour over it. Pour in the stock and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the spring / spring onions and cook for another 2 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil and fry the steak strips around brown. Pour the soy sauce marinade and stir in the sambal oelek.

Divide the steak strips over soup bowls or soup plates. Spoon the soup and serve crackers.
