Directions

  1. Halve the potatoes, cut the large ones into quarters.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes in 5 minutes on a high heat brown.
  3. Then lower the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes. Change regularly. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the stalk of the green beans, leave the tip. Cook the beans in 7 minutes until al dente. Drain and do in a large bowl.
  5. Add the potatoes and scoop with the piccalilli.
  6. Heat the grill pan. Cut the unpeeled apples into quarters and remove the core. Cut the quarters into 3 parts each.
  7. Grill the apple wedges in the grill pan and add to the bean-keel mixture.
  8. Brush the fillet steaks with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill the meat in 3 min. Until done. Turn halfway.
  9. Place the meat on the lukewarm salad and serve. Bon appétit! .
