                            Chickpea dish with shoarma strips
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, shoarma meat (about 400 g), onions (in half rings), tomato cubes (400 g), chickpeas ((400 g), drained), shoarma breads (8 pieces), full yoghurt (at room temperature) and green pepper (in very thin strips).

Directions
- 
                                Heat in wok oil and shoarma meat stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 
                                Make onion by chopping meat strips and fry for 5 minutes.
- 
                                Add tomato and chickpeas and heat for another 3-4 minutes.
- 
                                Season with salt and pepper.
- 
                                shred roasts in toaster (or under oven grill) until lightly browned and cut into four dots.
- 
                                Season the yoghurt with salt and pepper.
- 
                                Spread chickpea dish over four deep plates.
- 
                                Create yogurt and garnish with raw pepper strips.
