A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, yellow rice (325 g), raisins (bag 500 g), carrots (in slanted slices), oil, onions (in parts), chicken breast ((380 g), in pieces), curry powder and coconut milk (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Drain and collect the cooking liquid.
  3. Put the raisins through and leave the rice with the lid on the pan of the fire according to the instructions on the packaging yarn.
  4. In the meantime, cook the carrot for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion in 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Dab the chicken fillet dry.
  7. Remove the onion from the pan and fry the chicken breast in the shortening in 5 min.
