Hare chops with pineapple curry sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh pineapple, curry powder, hare chops (2 pieces), green beans, olive oil and sour cream (125 ml).

Peel the pineapple, cut into pieces and sprinkle with 1 tbsp curry powder.

Save until later.

Cut the meat from the bone and into small pieces.

Sprinkle with the rest of the curry powder.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans.

Cook them in 8 minutes until al dente.

Drain.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stir frying pan over a high heat for about 3 minutes.

Add the green beans and cook for 1 min.

Add the sour cream and the pineapple and cook for 1 min.

Season with salt and pepper.

Delicious with pandan rice..
