Couscous salad and lamb sausages
Couscous salad with tomatoes, cucumber, mint and lamb sausages.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips.

Chop the onion and cut the cucumber into cubes. Stir the couscous with a fork. Scoop the tomato, cucumber and onion through.

Cut the mint leaves into thin strips and add. Add the oil and squeeze the lemon over the couscous. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the lemon into wedges. Heat the grill pan and grill the sausages in approx. 8 min. Until done.

Spoon the couscous on a dish. Place the lamb sausages next to it and garnish with the lemon.
