Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Divide the vegetable fries over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  2. Sprinkle with half of the olive oil and sprinkle with fennel seed, salt and pepper. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the sausages with a sharp knife and scoop out the sausage meat. Turn 6 balls of the sausage meat with moist hands.
  4. Take the vegetables out of the oven after 20 minutes and scoop. Put the meatballs in and fry for another 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile makes the gremolata. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Slice the parsley finely and the garlic very finely.
  6. Mix together with the rest of the olive oil.
  7. Cut the lemon into pieces.
  8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Divide the vegetables, meatballs and tomatoes on a large scale. Garnish with the gremolata.
