Directions

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan.
  2. Pepper and baby nuggets bake for approx.
  3. 4 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, beat eggs with whipped cream and pinch of salt.
  5. Pour egg mixture over potatoes, cover frittata covered in approx.
  6. 10 minutes.
  7. Cut frittata into 4 points and divide into two plates.
  8. Crumble top fine..
