Stew with peas and mint
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury), salt, peas very fine (frozen) (450 g), fresh mint (à 15 g), breaded goat cheese (à 25 g per pack), milk, butter or margarine and (freshly ground) pepper.

Peel, wash and cut potatoes.

Cook in large pan of potatoes in water with salt in approx.

20 minutes.

Prepare peas according to directions for use.

4 Remove tips from fresh mint and chop the rest of the leaves.

Prepare goat cheese according to instructions.

Pour potatoes and peas.

Heat milk in microwave or pan.

Pound potatoes with mashed potatoes.

Prepare milk and 25 g of butter.
-
Put peas and fresh mint through them.
-
Season with salt and pepper.

Divide stew over four plates and lay 3 goat cheeses.

Garnish with retained coin..
