Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut the meat into cubes. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and cook the meat on a medium heat for 2 minutes.

Change regularly. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Heat the kidney beans for 3 minutes in the same pan. Add the chorizo.

In the meantime, prepare the pita bread according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into strips.

Cut the buns open and fill each bun with lettuce, kidney beans with chorizo, avocado and sour cream.
