Rib chops with rosemary
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (scrubbed), fresh rosemary ((a 15 g), finely chopped), garlic-chilli olive oil (250 ml bottle) and rib chops.

Light the barbecue. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Mix the grater with the rosemary and oil. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and drizzle with the lemon-rosemary oil. Allow the flavors to withdraw for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the pork chops on the barbecue in 7 minutes brown and done. Turn halfway. Also tasty with zucchini salad.
