Stuffed pumpkin with stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), ribs (diced), tomato cubes (400 g), beef broth (from tablet), cinnamon stick, ground cumin (djinten), pumpkin ( approx. 2 kg), fresh coriander ((15 g) and coarsely cut).

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic 1 min.

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.

Add and fry briefly.

Scoop the tomato through and pour the stock.

Add the cinnamon stick and the cumin and gently bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and let it stew for 2 hours.

Stir frequently.

Wash the pumpkin and cut off the cap at the top with a sharp knife.

Remove the pips and wires.

Scoop the pumpkin with a spoon, but leave 1 cm of pulp on the edges.

Cut the chopped flesh into small pieces.

Heat the hollowed pumpkin by filling it with hot water.

Mix the pieces of pumpkin through the meat and let the mixture with the lid slant on the pan for 20-30 minutes until the pumpkin is done.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the water from the pumpkin, scoop the casserole in it and sprinkle with coriander..
