Stir-fried cabbage with peanut sauce


Rice with pointed cabbage, red pepper and peanut sauce.

Directions

  1. Put hot water and boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Clean the pointed cabbage and cut into strips.
  2. Halve the pepper, remove the seeds and cut the pepper into rings.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the meat around brown and done. Heat in a stirring remainder of the oil and fry the pepper for 1 min.
  4. Add the cabbage and stir-fry in 7 minutes until al dente. Season with pepper and sweet soy sauce.
  5. Heat the sauce according to the instructions on the package. Spread the cabbage over the plates. Spoon the meat on it. Serve with rice and sauce.
