Mixed lettuce with turkey mince
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, red peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh basil (15 g), oil, turkey mince, fish sauce, sugar and young leaf lettuce.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Cut pepper by half, remove seeds and finely chop.

Wash tomatoes, remove crowns and halve tomatoes.

Remove seeds and cut into halves.

Cucumber and halve in length.

Scrape out with teaspoon seeds and cut cucumber into thin strips.
