Spicy sauerkraut with farm smoke sausage
Dutch stew with potatoes, farm smoke sausage, garlic, tomato cubes, sauerkraut and cayenne pepper.

Directions

Peel the potatoes. Cut into pieces and cook for 20 minutes until done.

Heat smoked sausage according to directions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and squeeze out the garlic. Fry the garlic briefly.

Stir in the tomato cubes and sauerkraut and gently heat for 10 minutes on low heat.

Drain the potatoes and crush with the rest of the oil.

Mix the sauerkraut mixture with the mashed potatoes and season spicy to the cayenne pepper.

Serve with the smoked sausage.
