Place the bacon slices in a bowl.

Mix the ketjapmarinademet the sambal and brush the bacon strips around.

Bring a pan with a liter of water and the stock cube to the boil and cook the rice in 8 minutes until tender.

Drain and leave in a closed pan.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon steaks on both sides on medium high brown.

Pour the excess fat out of the pan, add a few tablespoons of water and let the bacon steaks cook for about 5 minutes per side at low setting.

Heat the rest of the oil in another pan and stir-fry the leeks and turmeric for 5 minutes.

Add the rice and stir-fry for a few more minutes.

Cut the bacon strips into strips and serve with the fried rice.
