Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging. Sprinkle the steak with a seat. Cut the garlic and onion into small pieces.

Heat the rice oil in a wok for 2 minutes. Fry the steak around for 3 minutes. Remove the steak from the wok and keep warm.

Stir fry the onion, garlic and vegetables for about 4 minutes.

Mix the couscous with the vegetables and spread over the plates. Put the steak on it and serve immediately.
