Roasted potatoes with honey chops
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, honey, oil, dried thyme, rib chops, potatoes, Dijon mustard and soft butter.

Stir the honey, oil and thyme together, cover the pork chops.

Let stand for 5 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan.

Fry the pork chops in 15 minutes on both sides brown and cooked.

Prick some holes in the potatoes with a fork and wrap them in microwave foil.

Poke them at full power in the microwave for 7 minutes.

Stir the mustard through the butter.

Serve the warm potatoes with the mustard butter.
