Roasted potatoes with honey chops


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, honey, oil, dried thyme, rib chops, potatoes, Dijon mustard and soft butter.

Directions

  1. Stir the honey, oil and thyme together, cover the pork chops.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan.
  4. Fry the pork chops in 15 minutes on both sides brown and cooked.
  5. Prick some holes in the potatoes with a fork and wrap them in microwave foil.
  6. Poke them at full power in the microwave for 7 minutes.
  7. Stir the mustard through the butter.
  8. Serve the warm potatoes with the mustard butter.
  9. Tasty with green beans or sprouts..
