Unstamped stew with meatballs
Stew of stew vegetables with garam masala, served with a meatball and potatoes.

Cut the crusts of the slices of bread and soak the bread in the milk. Squeeze well and mix with the mince, egg and mustard.

Add pepper and possibly salt. Form balls of minced meat with moist hands.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs around brown. Turn down the heat and roast until golden brown and done in about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in a layer of water for 15 minutes until done.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the stew vegetables in 5 minutes until al dente. Season with the garam masala and salt.

Serve the potatoes with the stir-fried stew vegetables and the meatballs next to them.
