Italian pasta salad with vadouvan, egg, broccoli, green pepper, tomato and smoked chicken strips

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook with the pasta for the last 5 minutes.
  2. Drain, rinse under cold running water and drain well.
  3. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let scare under cold running water. Peel them and cut into pieces.
  4. Meanwhile, halve the peppers in the length and remove the seed lists. Cut the flesh into cubes. Halve the tomatoes.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise with the vadouvan and mustard and scoop with the chicken strips, tomatoes and peppers through the pasta and broccoli.
  6. Season to taste with pepper and salt and garnish with the wedges of egg. Yummy! .
