Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stem and cut into slices.

Halve the peppers in the length. Remove the seeds with a sharp knife and cut the flesh fine. Cut the cream look.

Heat the peanut oil in a stirring stir fry the broccoli for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add the water and stir-fry until the moisture has evaporated. Add the garlic, pepper and wok vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Mix the soy sauce with the sesame oil and mix with the shrimp.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the shrimp mixture together with the noodles for a short time through the vegetables.
