Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for about 5 minutes.

Fry the garlic for 1 minute and add the tomato paste and cubes of tomato.

Fry until the tomatoes are softer and extinguish with the wine.

Let it boil gently for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, place the oven fries on the baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Stir the bouillon tablet through the sauce and place the pieces of fish fillet.

Let cover for about 20 minutes.

Add the mussels after about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the lettuce with the parsley, onion rings and dressing.

Take the fries out of the oven and serve with the fish pot and the salad.
