Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Spoon the potato slices on a baking sheet with a little oil, coarse (sea) salt, paprika and pepper. Slide high in the oven.
  2. In the meantime, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon for a few minutes at a low setting. Add the chicken and bake brown. Remove everything from the pan and keep separate.
  3. Stir the cakes and add the onion, carrot and paprika. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes at a low setting. Meanwhile, check the potato slices in the oven and scoop them once.
  4. Scoop the chicken and the bacon again through the vegetables and leave a few minutes of covered yarn on a low setting.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and herbs. Serve the chicken with the potato slices and the spice mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the parsley.
