Tagliatelle with asparagus tips
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: green asparagus tips (a 200 g), extra virgin olive oil, garlic (in thin slices), red pepper (seed strips removed), fresh tagliatelle (pasta, 250 g, coolers), mint ((a 15 g ), only the leaves) and Pecorino Romano (cheese).

Cut the asparagus tips into 3 cm pieces and the pepper into thin strips. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the asparagus tips with the garlic over about 3 min. Over high heat. Add the pepper at the last minute.

Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, tear the fresh mint into pieces.

Spoon the pasta with the asparagus tips, garlic, red pepper and the rest of the oil. Sprinkle with the fresh mint and freshly ground black pepper. Scrape the cheese into flakes above.
