Black bean chile with chicken
Popular Mexican dish for children, chili with black beans, leeks, chicken, cumin, tomatoes and corn.

Cut the chicken into cubes. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken fillet in around 3 minutes. Add the leek and cook 2 min.

Add the cumin and tomato. Press the tomatoes flat with the back of a wooden spoon. Cook the chicken with the lid on the pan in 10 minutes until done. Change regularly.

Add the beans and corn and warm for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice.
