Ingredients
Directions
-
Make the fire so that the cast iron pan heats up.
-
You can use both wood and briquettes for this recipe.
-
Meanwhile, squeeze the garlic cloves into a bowl.
-
Cut the rosemary fine and put it in the dish.
-
Pour the olive oil over the mixture and leave it for 10 minutes.
-
Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthwise. You now have 4 pieces of chicken.
-
Cut each piece on one side with a knife, so that you can open the sides and get a flat piece of chicken.
-
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the chicken and then pour the mixture of garlic and rosemary over the fillets.
-
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the chicken and roll the fillets tightly.
-
You then cross 3 slices of breakfast bacon crosswise over each fillet. Here you roll the chicken fillet.
-
Put the olive oil in the preheated pan and put the rolls of chicken with bacon in it.
-
Let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
-
The first quarter of an hour with the lid on and the last 10 to 15 minutes without a lid.
