Well-stuffed oxtail soup
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minikrieltjes (a 450 g), lean smoked sausage (packed per 2), clear oxtail soup (400 ml), sliced mushrooms (125 g) and fine soup vegetables (150 g).

Bring to a boil with 3 dl of water in a pan and let boil for 3 minutes.

Halve sausage in half and cut into thin slices.

stir the beef tail soup by small potatoes and the cooking water.

Mix in mushrooms, sausage and soup vegetables.

Bring the soup to the boil and simmer for approx.

4 minutes.

Distribute soup over two deep plates..
