Cabbage stew with ham and pineapple
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, peeled crumbled cooking potatoes (a 450 g), oil, onion (chopped), red pepper (chopped), curry powder, sliced cabbage (a 300 g), pineapple slices (on juice (432 g), in pieces) and ham cubes (250 g).

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat in a stirring oil and fry the onion until golden brown.

Add the paprika and the curry powder and stir fry for 1 min.

Spoon the cabbage and stir fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour the pineapple juice, the pineapple pieces and the ham cubes and simmer the coals for about 10 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and crush into a coarse puree.

Spoon the cabbage mixture with the ham and pineapple cubes through it.

Divide the stew over 4 plates..
