Stuffed veal rolls with cucumber sauce and grilled tomatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, poultry meat (380 ml AH), cucumber, butter or margarine, veal rolls filled with smoked salmon, vine tomatoes, olive oil, crème fraîche (125 ml), salt and pepper and basil.

In a pan fond on high heat reduce to 1 dl. Meanwhile, cut cucumber peel in length, remove with spoonfuls and cut the rest into cubes. Cucumber with fondue in food processor. Mixture above bowl by rubbing sieve. Store in a refrigerator until used.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook the veal rolls according to the instructions. Meanwhile, washing tomatoes and halve them. Fry the grill pan thinly with olive oil and toast to the cutting edge in approx. 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat in a cucumber sauce pan. Stir in the crème fraîche. Season well with salt and pepper. Create a warm sauce in the middle of four plates. Grilled to put in circle around it. Place veal rolls in the middle of sauce. Cut the basil into strips and divide it over sauce. Serve with fried potatoes.
